After a year of staying home and hosting parties in small groups, we bet you’re itching to have your child’s next birthday party out. We are thrilled to announce that private birthday parties and other special events are now back at The Cookie Cups!
Booking our Chanhassen bakery to host your child’s party takes a lot of the stress out of planning an unforgettable celebration. Instead of rushing around making sure everyone has enough to eat and is having fun, you can leave that in the capable hands of our friendly staff. Best of all, you can relax and engage with your child, without missing a moment of their special day.
Here’s everything you need to know about celebrating your child’s birthday with us.
Birthday party basics
A Cookie Cups birthday party means the whole store is yours for the afternoon. When you book your party with us, the bakery will be closed to the public during your two-hour private event. You can choose from any of the following themes as the primary activity and food item during your child’s event:
Each of our party themes comes with plenty of Cookie Cups to munch on, as well as a drink of choice for each guest. We can also customize your party fare based on our catering menu.
We can accommodate up to 15 children and 4 adults at each birthday party, with a recommended minimum of six. Depending on the number of kids in attendance, two to four of our dedicated Cookie Cups staff members will be there to facilitate the activities and food service at your event.
Booking your birthday party at The Cookie Cups
Private events must be booked at least 30 days in advance, though we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your desired date is available. Once you confirm your date with us, we will request a $100 deposit to hold your event, with the balance due at the conclusion of your party.
If you or any of your guests have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking. We offer a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options and we are more than happy to accommodate as best we can!
